Refund Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. Because our products are delivered instantly and digitally, this policy explains exactly when and how you can get a refund. In short: if something isn't right within 7 days, contact us and we'll make it right.

01Our 7-day guarantee

You may request a refund within 7 daysof your purchase if a product doesn't work as described or isn't the right fit for your needs. We review each request fairly and, in the vast majority of cases, approve it.

02What's eligible

  • The product doesn't function as described;
  • You purchased the wrong product or a duplicate by mistake;
  • You couldn't get the product working and our support team couldn't resolve it; or
  • The product simply isn't a fit for your use case and it's within 7 days.

03What's not eligible

  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase;
  • Products that have been redistributed, resold, or shared in violation of our Terms of Service; or
  • Requests based on outcomes outside the product's control (for example, results from a third-party tool you connected it to).

04How to request a refund

Email support@unyxagents.com from the address you used at checkout, include your order number (from your confirmation email), and a short note on what didn't work. That's it — no forms, no hoops.

05How long it takes

We aim to review refund requests within one business day. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically appears within 5–10 business days.

Many issues are quick fixes — a re-sent download link or a small configuration tweak. Before requesting a refund, feel free to reach out and we'll try to get your agent running. Either way, your 7-day window is protected while we help.
